Called regarding an issue yesterday afternoon and they had me on the schedule by the next morning! Brian was super professional, answered all my questions, and couldn’t have been friendlier! I purchased a Generac whole house backup generator from Johnathon Brown Electric.  I was impressed by the straight forward and above board presentation of the product and the services his company could supply.  I signed a purchase agreement and accepted the proposal on May 15, 2026.  I paid the down payment June 2, 2026, and they began the installation process. The system install was completed, and it was inspected by the county.  I paid the balance due June 29, 2026.  They kept me updated on when the workers would be coming and the progress of the installation after each visit.  The whole process went amazingly smoothly, and all their technicians were efficient, considerate and knowledgeable.  What a pleasure it was to do business with this company. John came to fix our dryer cord on move-in day and he was great! He got us fixed up in the middle of a hectic day! We appreciated the quick response! And John was so friendly!
